Nancy's Notes from the Sidelines:

  1. We're not spending enough time talking to ourselves and asking what worked, what didn't, and now what?
  2. To figure out what you want to do, just go and trust that the universe will unfold. Listen to Trinette's interview to hear more on this idea.
  3. A great wealth plan includes anticipating health challenges, so that when they happen, you're well-protected.
  4. Women should take equal responsibility in finances, because women make 85% of buying decision, and they're making more money than ever.
  5. Everybody needs a trusted advisor for both health and wealth.
  6. Understanding menopause is so important, because many symptoms can be misinterpreted as something else. Check these episodes for more information: Carin Luna-Ostaseski, Dr. Cat Brown, Dr. Prudence Hall.
  7. Go big and don't go home! Keep going. The world needs powerful women in leadership roles.
  8. The "Age of Integrity" is when women recognize how much they've accomplished and earned and now want to give back.
  9. Look around you at people doing amazing things and find inspiration.
  10. Don't take waking up in the morning for granted.
  11. Everyday, as yourself what one good thing happened. It will create a positive mindset.
