🌑 SOLAR ECLIPSE NU DISCO HOUSE PARTY ☀️
Disco House • Nu Disco • Balearic Grooves • Cosmic Chuggers
Welcome to a solar eclipse journey through cosmic disco, low-slung grooves and glittering house music.
The first contact begins with Jamiroquai’s Cosmic Girl remixed by Dimitri From Paris, followed by Joey Montenegro and Dave Lee’s Make A Move On Me, Disko Junkie’s Just The Two Of Us and more Jamiroquai heat with Canned Heat and Little L.
As darkness approaches, Purple Disco Machine reworks The Morning After before exclusive productions from The Funk Assassin take the mix into totality:
🌑 Eclipse Chugger
🌑 Bajo la Sombra (Spanglish Lover’s Edit)
🌑 Moon Over Formentera
🌑 Bajo la Sombra (Latin Lover’s Edit)
The light returns with Tensnake’s Coma Cat, Hurts’ Wonderful Life ’25 and Spiller and Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Groovejet, all given the Purple Disco Machine treatment.
The final stretch moves through Kevin McKay’s take on Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, Sean Finn and Discotron’s I Feel Love, Cerrone’s Je Suis Music remixed by Armand Van Helden and Dimitri From Paris’ remix of Sister Sledge’s Lost In Music.
Anita Ward’s Ring My Bell and Tavares’ Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel bring the eclipse to a euphoric disco finale.
Selected and mixed by The Funk Assassin with love.
Press play, turn it up and follow the eclipse from first contact to final light. 🌅🪩
