The Natural Heart Doctor Show
In this conversation with Patti Wartella-Simab on Coffee with Patti, I share how I went from mainstream cardiologist to the Natural Heart Doctor. I talk about my father's illness, the moment a young chiropractor helped me see health differently, and why I have come to believe the body is built to be well when we take away what harms it and add back what it needs. I keep returning to one simple idea: too much bad stuff, not enough good stuff.
From there we get into the everyday basics I care about most: spending real time outside, morning and daytime light, better sleep, more seafood and whole foods, and lowering the chronic stress that quietly wears on the heart. I also explain why I put "Think Well" alongside "Eat Well" and "Live Well," and why, for me, finding your happy is part of healing. None of this is medical advice, and it is not about stopping anything on your own. It is an invitation to ask better questions about the root cause and to work with someone who will teach, not just prescribe.
