Tension at the GW Zoo begins to rise as Jeff Lowe comes in and fires half of the staff and brings in Allen Glover, who Joe Exotic is not able to get along with. Joe introduces Jeff to James Garretson, strip club and bar owner, and gives him $14,000 to open a pizza shop within the Zoo grounds using meats from the Walmart donation trucks.
