Karen Goslin has a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and in 1998, she founded Karen Goslin & Associates. Karen is passionate about guiding people toward transformation, helping them process depression, anxiety, conflicts, addiction, chronic illness, loss and trauma as invitations to change, and ultimately discover clear purpose and limitless potential.

Her work draws on evidence based therapeutic approaches and creates safe, deep spaces that enable the straight talk necessary for powerful accountability and meaningful healing. Now, Karen is sharing her insights with a broader audience.
