Какая красивая квартира! На кухне есть холодильник и стол. В спальне большая кровать и тумбочка. В гостиной зелёный диван и новый телевизор. На стене висит интересная картина. Вы хотите жить в такой квартире?

Translation:

What a beautiful apartment! There is a refrigerator and a table in the kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a big bed and a nightstand. In the living room, there is a green sofa and a new TV. An interesting painting hangs on the wall. Would you like to live in such an apartment?
