Joe Dispenza Three Book Collection - provides a holistic view of Neuroplasticity and Epigenetics with references to scientific proof and provides a variety of meditations.

Stress Less Accomplish More by Emily Fletcher. Goes in depth about the benefits of meditation and introduces practical approaches to integrating meditation into your life.

Biology of Belief - by Bruce Lipton. This work delves into the science of epigenetics and quantum mechanics. Bruce Lipton is the person who discovered that genes adapt to their environment and he integrated Quantum Mechanics something not typically done in biology references. This book explains many of the outcomes which are in your control but attributed to the universe.

Grit by Angela Duckworth - This author applied a scientific approach to changing the brain using neuroplasticity. The goes into detail about the concept of Deep Practice also known as Practice by Struggling At the Edge Of Ability.

Heart Math Solution by The Institute of HearthMath’s Revolutionary Program for Engaging the Power of the Heart’s Intelligence. This is the book that introduced me to the Heart-Mind Connection. Profound science-based findings are provided throughout the book.

The MacGyver Secret - I’m including this book because the author provides a unique but very effective way of getting you unconscious to figure out solutions to problems you present it with. Easily applied and you can get results right away. Excellent for creators and people involved in complex project work.

Mind Movies is a software program that guides you through building a multi-media movie you can watch to reinforce your affirmations and priorities. You can create an unlimited number of Mind Movies - it’s like Affirmations, a Vision Board and Motivational music all wrapped in one and on steroids.
