Hello everybody! My name is Olga. I’m from the hero-city of Moscow, the capital of our great homeland!

It is the first episode of a new informative project called Understanding Putin, which will allow you to better understand Russia and the Russian language.

Это первый выпуск нового познавательного проекта под названием «Понимающие Путина», который позволит вам лучше узнать Россию и русский язык.

It is a series of several dozen podcasts in the format of the Russian alphabet. Each episode will be devoted to one of the letters of the Russian alphabet—the words and expressions starting with this letter.

Серия из нескольких десятков подкастов в формате русской азбуки. Каждый выпуск будет посвящен одной из букв русского алфавита, словам и выражениям на эту букву.

I’ve selected them in such a way as to accurately and interestingly tell about modern Russia.
