Author: Vote On Purpose Inc. August 14, 2020 Duration: 38:11

Vote On Purpose co-founders; Meredith & Brian had the chance to speak with North Carolina's Libertarian candidate for Governor, Steven DiFiore. We asked a series of questions as follows:

  • Related to police and law enforcement - How do you think you would be able to help improve law enforcement and community relations? Do you feel there is a need for police reform?
  • Any thoughts on the decriminalization of marijuana? Do you foresee North Carolina adapting something like other fully legal states to get money flowing into the state?
  • What do you feel is the best way for citizens in a community to get their voice heard on a specific concern close to them?
  • The Libertarian Party - Is there a common goal or theme that Libertarian's are known for?
  • Related to your platform and goals - For North Carolina, what do you think would be the #1 obstacle as Governor and how would you address that?
  • What is something you want to see changed as a positive goal?
  • It's 2030 and you've served 2 terms. What are people saying about your legacy?
  • Tarheels or Blue Devils?
  • Fave type of NC BBQ?
