Conditions of the Heart

Past civilizations have associated the heart with love as they believed it was (among other things) the centre of emotions. The core of this week’s show CONDITIONS OF THE HEART introduces emotive songs that relate to love and the connection with the heart. Some songs make reference to the beating heart Herman Hermits, heart aches the Eagles and broken hearts from the Bee Gees, Jimmy Ruffin Elton John & Kiki Dee, Dionne Warwick and Gene Pitney.
