Switch Brisbane

Switch Brisbane is a dance-leaning web station streaming from Queensland's capital, part of a small Australian online network that runs city-based Switch channels - sister streams cover other parts of the state. Its own genre tag says it plainly: pop, dance and EDM, with R&B and hip-hop shading the edges.

The playlist keeps one foot in the charts and the other in Australian dance music - the stream regularly features homegrown producers such as Dave Winnel between the international hits. For a station without a broadcast licence, the sound is polished and radio-shaped rather than a faceless DJ mix.

English-language and free to stream around the clock, Switch Brisbane makes an easy dance radio listen online for clubbers, gym-goers, students and anyone who likes their pop with a four-on-the-floor pulse - from Brisbane and Queensland to anywhere in the world, day or night.
