Lava Lounge Radio Australia

Lava Lounge Radio Australia keeps one brief: the voice of the unsigned artist. Since 2010, Jades Lava Lounge has promoted unsigned music - submissions arrive directly from the artists and their reps, royalty-free, and everything on the playlist earned its place by being sent in rather than signed off by a label.

The format leans indie, and everything around it serves discovery: an Artist of the Month feature, long-form artist interviews, listener song requests, and hosted shows that give unsigned acts the genuine airtime most stations never offer. The music ranges from singer-songwriter confessionals to genre-bending rock, all of it arriving through the same open door.

English-language and streaming free around the clock, Lava Lounge makes an easy unsigned-music web radio listen online - for indie fans, industry scouts and musicians hearing their own songs on the radio for the first time, from Australia to anywhere.
