91.3 SportFM

91.3 SportFM is Perth's community sports station, licensed to Western Sports Media as 6WSM and transmitting from Hamilton Hill across the Fremantle, Cockburn and Melville areas. Its journey to air was patient - test broadcasts ran from 2003 before the full licence arrived on 2 February 2010.

The format is sports radio, full stop: live game coverage, talkback and analysis across the codes that matter in the west - AFL, cricket, racing and the rest - delivered by a community team rather than a network machine. For Perth fans, the frequency has become a familiar companion through seasons and scoreboards, from weekend fixtures to trade-period talk.

English-language and free to stream online, SportFM keeps the west's sporting conversation within reach - an easy Perth sports radio listen, from Fremantle Oval and the WACA to anywhere in the world, for members, punters, players and every kind of weekend warrior following the scores.
