Tango Radio CAFF

Tango Radio CAFF is the radio of the Club Atletico Fernandez Fierro in Buenos Aires - a self-managed auditorium run by the Orquesta Tipica Fernandez Fierro, one of the emblematic tango orchestras of the new century. A tango club with its own radio: it could only happen in Buenos Aires.

The music is tango in full historical depth - Troilo, Pugliese, Piazzolla and Goyeneche beside the Fernandez Fierro generation of tango siglo XXI - with excursions into Buenos Aires rock, folk and indie. Live sessions and club news fill the spaces between the records, and the station's Spotify playlists carry the selection further, from Tangos x Mujeres to the new-century tango.

The radio streams from radiocaff.com.ar and appears on Radio Garden and the directories. For tango lovers abroad it is a direct line into a living tango club - the kind of place where the music is still a culture, not a museum.
