She is the creator of the Divorce Grief Model, a groundbreaking framework that gives women a language and a roadmap for the emotional journey of divorce — something that had never truly existed in the mental-health field. Her forthcoming book, Unhitched:The Essential Divorce Guide for Women (Gallery Books/Simon & Schuster, January 2026), brings this work to a wide audience and reframes divorce as a moment of profound self-leadership, resilience, and reinvention.
