(40:00) Your body compensates for increased activity by reducing energy used for other things, like fighting inflammation, stress response, etc. (41:00) The good thing about high fat and higher protein is that you feel full longer; however, you can not eat high *anything* without impunity. (44:30) Diet overall, especially from processed foods, increased body weight by 10 times! (46:00) Or another way of putting it: what goes into the body impacts your weight 10x more than how active you are.
