Frederick Johnson IV, M.Ed. is a leadership speaker and a trainer for educators. He is the creator of Discomfortable Leadership, and he created it so that it doesn't take you nearly as long as it took him to figure out. It's a framework to help students, professionals, and teams be more confident, courageous, and impactful. Through Discomfortable Leadership, Frederick teaches individuals and teams to climb the "Five Peaks" and use the HOPE Method to build self-awareness, lean into challenges, and lead in ways that drive performance and get results consistently. He's also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
