Sweet friend, in today's episode I'm going to talk to you about why it's so important to start being more mindful & compassionate toward our moment to moment experiences & feelings.  In any moment, we have the choice to be critical, distant, unaware of our experience OR compassionate, supportive, and helpful. The more we can start stepping into this second path, the more safe and effective our minds and bodies are, which means we can show up more impactful, present and overall well.  I hope you enjoy!
