Be active, show up in the gym or take jogging, if the weather permits. Talk to friends, if they are available. Lot of ifs and buts. Time flies and you wish there is a pause button in life.
Do you write daily journals?. How much calories consumed and burnt. Your food intake. Your mood. Your perspective to your own life. At the end of the day, you wish you helped many. You wish you smiled and laughed to bring your charisma out. You think of the past moment in life, where you laughed your heart out that you really cried! You don’t have to send the tears to a lab. Those tears are sounding you are healthy and alive!
