1. Eat whole food, prioritize animal protein
2. Eat no more than 2-3 meals a day. 1 meal is fine. If you're not hungry, don't eat
3. Avoid processed food: Sugar, processed grains, industrial cooking oils like soy, corn, canola, cottonseed, safflower, sunflower. Limit alcohol
4. Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night
