Next, I would like to focus on three topics.
接下來，我想聚焦在三個主題。

Firstly, faith, including cool things about the Bible, worship, and God.
首先是信仰，關於聖經、敬拜和上帝很酷的事情。

This is a field that concerns life purpose and meaning, and I believe there are many topics to discuss.
這是關於人生使命及意義的領域，我覺得有很多話題可以聊。

Next is growth, inspired by the best-selling books I've read,
再來是成長，靈感來自於我看過的暢銷書，

my observations of society, the knowledge I've compiled,
以及我對社會的觀察、整理出來的知識，

and some of the experiences I've learned from setbacks.
以及我從挫敗中學到的一些經驗。

I believe this can help some people avoid taking unnecessary detours.
我相信這能幫助某些人少走一些冤枉路。

Lastly, culture, specifically the real-life experiences of Taiwan, Republic of China,
最後是文化，特別指的是中華民國台灣的真實生活經驗，

and the traditional virtues of Chinese culture.

I hope to cover three different topics each week, with each episode can end in three to seven minutes.

And in order to avoid feeling stressed, each episode will be recorded several months in advance, and it airs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
