The fourth week in our Chakra Series... Heart Chakra 🌱💚

Heart Chakra is the midway point in our Chakra journey. Heart is the last of the physical Chakras and at the same time, the first in our Spiritual Body Chakras. 

Love is the most powerful force in the Universe. 
Love leads us, guides us and even has the power to control us. This is why we need balance through Heart Chakra. 

In the Heart Chakra space, we are looking at self love, having unconditional love for others, self care, ability to feel compassion and empathy and in the physical sense - our willingness to take time to meditate and breath. To find a sense of calm, gratitude and self love is to connect with Heart Chakra. In this episode, we dive into what Heart Chakra looks/feels like when it is balanced and what is looks/feels like when it is out of balance. We also look into what actually causes Heart Chakra to become under or over active (out of balance) and what we can do ourselves to balance our Heart Chakra.
