This episode is inspired by the (September) theme of the Yoga Classes I am teaching at the moment which is 'TAPAS' (3rd Niyama in the 8 Limbs of Yoga) meaning 'to burn'. This is all about healthy self discipline. Having the courage and the inner fire to step forward along your path. To make the big moves, to get out of bed, to put yourself out there & to have the courage to fail often. It comes down to how much fire you have with (Solar Plexus Chakra).

In this episode you will hear affirmations that will help you to ignite the inner fire & balance Agni (the fire element) within your being. 

It is powerful to use this episode in the morning as you are getting ready for your day (get the fire and discipline moving so your day can move as well). You can repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud. Feel free to return to this episode whenever you feel you need a boost in discipline 🙏🏼
