Ep 38: Embodied Healing with Thérèse Cator

Ep 38: Embodied Healing with Thérèse Cator

Author: Natalee Facey April 3, 2022 Duration: 1:08:02
I thoroughly enjoyed today's soulful conversation with Thérèse Cator. Thérèse is one of my teachers and mentors, and her work has guided me in walking the path of my own calling with more clarity and confidence…in being able to do the work beneath the work. To know her and share space with her is a gift.

In this episode, we discuss:

- What led to her doing the powerful work she's currently doing

- What Embodied Healing is

- The impact of colonialism and trauma on our bodies and how to reclaim our healing

- Finding balance and rhythm as an entrepreneur, mom, wife, leader…

- Honoring the soul's calling

- And SO MUCH MORE!

More About Thérèse:

Thérèse is devoted to guiding people of all backgrounds to untether from the colonial and cultural conditioning that create cultures of disconnection.
