Ep 9: How to Know When It's Time to Try Again

Ep 9: How to Know When It's Time to Try Again

Author: Natalee Facey September 19, 2020 Duration: 59:03

I hear this question so often from Birth Warriors: "How do I know when it's time to try again?" I decided to make it one of the recent topics for our Facebook Live within the private Birth Warrior community. This is a recording of that live session.

Listen to this episode to learn what the markers are for getting to a place of "yes" in terms of trying again. And whether or not you've checked the boxes for those markers, as long as you're focusing on conception, it's important to know what other factors you should consider to reduce your risk for pregnancy complications.

I share my own rainbow pregnancy experience and the anxiety I felt after actually confirming my pregnancy. There are a host of negative outcomes that could occur during pregnancy while holding stress, anxiety, fear, and trauma in the body.

I want to ensure that you're not only aware of these, but that you also have a game plan that will  support you in thriving in your next pregnancy!
