In this episode: I talk about how it is the minerals in your body that regulate the efficiency of your energy producing glands. By understanding how these minerals react with one another, you can control your body’s ability to produce energy and balance your hormones.

If minerals are affected by hormones can minerals in turn affect hormone levels?

When we think of ‘hormones’ what are we usually concerned about -well I work with so many women and will hear them say
My hormones are a wreck
Or my hormones are driving me crazy

Rarely if ever will I hear the men directly say such things. However when men do talk about hormones usually it’s with an emphasis on boosting their T levels or keeping that T healthy so they can stay in that masculine charge.

BUT
Hormones go way beyond just our SEX hormones, which often are imbalanced or balanced,
because of other gland/hormones upstream if you will
And ALL of those hormones will be impacted by MINERALS
