Meet My Retreat Cohost Kristin Yates from Soulrise Medicine #044

Author: Astrid Heystee January 29, 2025 Duration: 1:05:28

Kristin Yates a 6/3 Sacral Generator and I bumped into each other at Bansko Nomad Fest. And we decided to combine our forces and to co-create a Human Design Embodiment retreat in Portugal together.

Because knowing about Human Design is not the same as living your design. So we are weaving Breathwork, authentic relating, Reiki, Yoga and a Human Design Immersion together to fully dive into the foundational work of "getting out of your head and into your body".

We are both Sacral Generators and so excited to facilitate this transformational experience for the people who are ready to embody Human Design and practically use it in their every day life.

You can sign up for the waiting list for this retreat here to get all the details about this experience:

In this podcast conversation we dive into Kristen's experience as a retreat organizer and the transformational journeys she is guiding people on.

Kristen is a somatic and breath work therapist, energy healer, yoga instructor and plant medicine guide who supports people in awakening to their true path in life and reconnecting to their authentic selves and innate healing capacities within.

With a background in psychology and integrative wellness, she weaves Eastern and Western healing modalities with years studying with sacred plants and shamanic teachers in Peru, to create safe and transformative spaces for personal growth.

As a multi-faceted facilitator, Kristen incorporates embodied movement, breath and sound, creative arts therapy, mindfulness, and authentic relating into her healing journeys.
