OCR FM calls itself the voice and sound of Colac and the Southwest - a non-profit, registered charity of a radio station in western Victoria, run entirely by volunteers and on air 24 hours a day. Two frequencies carry it: 98.3 FM for Colac and district, 88.7 for the towns along the coast toward Apollo Bay.

The promise is music variety and local information: volunteer hosts choose their own genres, community announcements fill the gaps, and the station goes into outside-broadcast mode at festivals, community events and local sport around the region.
