RDA - Radio Dimernsione Australia

Radio Dimensione Australia - RDA - is the Adelaide web station built around Enrico Paterni, an Italian emigrant who has lived in South Australia since 2006. His slogan, Aussie life through my Italian eyes, is the station's compass: chart pop hits and trance sets played with a Mediterranean sense of drama.

Paterni wears several hats at once - broadcaster, podcaster and owner of Il Baretto, an Italian cafe in the Adelaide suburb of Rostrevor that reviewers praise for authentic, homemade food. His weekly podcast on Apple and Spotify tells the story of migrating to a country as vast as Australia, in the mother tongue.

The result is radio that feels like one person's project rather than a network's spreadsheet: music first, personality throughout, Italy and Australia sharing the one frequency. Free to stream online, RDA makes an easy hits web radio listen - Adelaide with an Italian accent, for the diaspora and for anyone curious about the emigrant life.
