About PLANET FM
Planet FM 88.7 brands itself as a new-generation radio voice for Baku, pairing a modern hit playlist with talk formats and real-time contact with its listeners. The station describes its output as carrying the city's agenda, mood and live voice - radio that changes tempo with the hours of the day, from morning drive to evening wind-down.
The weekday grid leans on personality. Tam Vaxtı, the breakfast show, sets the pace from 8 to 10 with hosts Cavid Neymatzade and Rahman Rasulov, while Zaman Maşını - the Time Machine - folds nostalgia into the current-day sound. Discussion formats such as Düşüncə Mərkəzi and the women's-perspective show Qadın deyir ki... add conversation to the music, and an on-air prize quiz keeps phones ringing.
Broadcasting on 88.7 FM in Baku and on DAB+ across Baku, Absheron and Agsu, the station also carries an MP3 internet feed in Azerbaijani for listeners far from the Caspian shore. Free web radio, a live listen online, every day of the week.
