Radio Bahrain 96.5 live

96.5 Radio Bahrain carries a title no other Gulf station can claim: the GCC's first national English-language radio broadcaster. Operated by Radio Bahrain Company, a portfolio company of the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat, the flagship brands itself as Bahrain's Hit Music - local in spirit, international in sound, aimed at a multicultural audience across Bahrain and the wider region.

The broadcast day runs on personality: Hayley in The Morning opens proceedings at six, Cassette Kids and Afternoons with Dave carry the midday, and The Ride Home with Noor closes the commute before non-stop music takes over for the night. Competitions such as What's The Word? with BBK keep listeners playing along, and the station doubles as a showcase for Bahrain-based talent and national live broadcasts.

The programme streams worldwide in MP3 on a professional broadcast platform, alongside an app and social channels, keeping a decades-long legacy firmly online. For English-speaking listeners in the Gulf - and well beyond it - it is free web radio to listen live, around the clock.
