About MIX FM LIGHT
MIX FM LIGHT is the softer digital stream of Mix 92.7, the Sunshine Coast adult hits station. Where the FM channel mixes favorites with the current hits, Light turns the tempo down: light pop and easy adult contemporary songs, a gentler playlist for the office, the shop floor or a quiet afternoon on the coast - think acoustic covers, soft ballads and the quiet side of the chart.
The channel lives online as a companion stream rather than a dial position - digital radio lets a station offer a mellow alternative without giving up the main frequency, and it carries the Sunshine Coast character with it - the same easy Queensland mood, minus the loud moments. For listeners who find even Mix 92.7 too busy, this is the lighter option, streaming live online to the coast and beyond, day and night, free to anyone.
