About Oz Arab Radio
Oz Arab Radio is the Arabic-language voice of the Arab community in Australia. Part of the Oz Arab Media group, it broadcasts in Arabic: news from Australia and the Arab world, talk and community programs, and Arabic music - a service for one of the large migrant communities of the country.
The Arab community in Australia - Lebanese, Egyptian, Iraqi, Syrian and beyond - is concentrated in Sydney and Melbourne, and Oz Arab speaks to all of it. The media group runs a news site beside the radio, so the community gets its news in its own language - everything from Middle East affairs to the local community calendar - read and heard. The station streams live online, which carries it to listeners across Australia and to the diaspora watching from the Middle East itself.
