  • Starting experiencing digestive problems at 19
  • Diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome
  • Treated with antibiotics without resolving the issues
  • Working in nutrition research
  • Found evidence supporting low carb diets
  • Began working with Timothy Noakes to get her masters degree studying low carb diets and type 2 diabetes.
