I don’t know about you, but it felt like 2024 absolutely BLEW BY.

Maybe it’s just my age or everything I have going on, but it definitely seemed to be here and gone faster than most.

So whenever a year wraps up, I like to take some time, decompress, and really get clear on my personal and professional life.

What’s going well?

What needs to improve?

And how can I make the upcoming year my best year EVER?

Well in this week’s episode, I’m going to give you a candid look at what went well in 2024, and what I’m going to do in 2025 to make it an amazing year for all of us here at RTS.

Let’s do this!

I want to work with high performers and people that have the internal motivation to see change, whether that’s with their body, their mind, their programming, or their coaching.
