SUP Innovation and the Environment - With Starboard Founder Svein Rasmussen

SUP Innovation and the Environment - With Starboard Founder Svein Rasmussen

Author: Simon Hutchinson July 26, 2021 Duration: 51:20

In any sport there are leaders, who strive for improvement and those who follow in their wake.

In this episode Norwegian Olympic windsurfer and Starboard founder Svein Rasmussen talks to Simon about his waterman journey and about developing products for both new paddlers and world champions.

When it was first founded, Starboard was an upstart company in a world of large well-established windsurf brands. But like many successfully disruptive brands, what made it stand out was it's continuous innovation, which it has continued to this day, developing beyond windsurf and becoming the most recognisable and world leading SUP brand.

This episode is brought to you in association with Starboard and you can check out their site here We appreciate their support for this podcast.
